2. Purpose and Scope of These Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions regulate the rules for electronic payments for the provider's healthcare services.
3. Payment Terms
3.1 Payments are only possible by agreement with the provider, most often when booking an appointment or when
paying deposits for planned procedures.
3.2 Payments are accepted via the secure payment gateway GP WebPay.
3.3 Accepted payment methods: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro payment cards.
4.Prices and Currency
4.1 Service prices are set according to the current price list, which is published on the provider’s website or
communicated individually. Alternatively, prices may be agreed upon individually.
4.2 All prices are quoted including VAT. Payments are accepted in CZK or EUR, depending on the agreement with
the client.
5.Payment Process and Refunds
5.1 During the process, the client is redirected to the secure GP WebPay page, where they enter the required
payment details. The submitted information is then sent to the bank for verification.
5.2 If the verification is successful, the client receives a confirmation of payment acceptance and, after confirmation
of the successful transaction, the client is redirected back to the provider’s website.
5.3 In case of an unsuccessful transaction (e.g., insufficient funds, incorrect information, bank rejection), the
payment will not be confirmed. The client may then initiate the transaction again or use another payment card. If
the transaction cannot be completed, the client must contact the provider to arrange an alternative payment
method.
5.4 If the provider refunds a payment to the client for any reason, the payment will be refunded by the same
method and to the same payment instrument used for the original payment. If this is not possible, the provider and
client will cooperate to agree on the refund process. This does not preclude an agreement on another refund
method.
6. Security and Data Protection
6.1 Payments are conducted in a fully secure environment in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.
6.2 The provider does not store any payment card data and does not have access to it. Payment card data is
processed by the payment gateway provider for payment authorization, but the provider only receives information
whether the payment was successful.
6.3 Detailed information about the processing of personal data by the provider is included in the "Personal Data
Processing Policy" document, which is available on the website www.reprofit.cz/gdpr.
7. Dispute Resolution
7.1 Disputes arising from these terms will primarily be resolved amicably between the client and provider.
7.2 If the client is not satisfied with the resolution of their complaint by the provider, they may submit a complaint to
the competent regional authority.
7.3 If the dispute is not otherwise resolved, the client or provider may turn to the court competent under generally
applicable legal regulations.
8. Final Provisions
8.1 These terms and conditions become valid and effective on the day they are published on the provider’s website.
8.2 The provider reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be informed about changes via the website.
8.3 In the event of any discrepancies between language versions of the Terms and Conditions, the Czech version shall prevail.
